Work with us
Build technology that reaches people who need it
About us

We are a global technology consultancy specialising in health information systems for global health, primarily using DHIS2, the world's most widely used open source platform for health data management in low and middle-income countries.

Over the last 10+ years, we have built custom web and mobile applications, maintained data platforms for international health organisations, and developed generic tools that we release as free software for the whole community. Our clients include the World Health Organization, Médecins Sans Frontières, the Norwegian Refugee Council and Samaritan's Purse, among others.

Everything we build is open source. We believe the most powerful digital tools should be global public goods, and that shapes how we work: clients fund the development, the code stays available to any organisation that needs it.

If you care about technology applied to real-world impact in global health, and you thrive in a remote, autonomous environment with a lot of technical freedom, you will probably feel at home here.

Culture
01
Work for the global good
Our work directly affects the wellbeing of people around the world — the health systems, humanitarian responses, and communities behind the data we build for. That's why we care as much about the culture we build internally as we do about the impact we have externally.
02
Work that fits your life
We believe work is a means to sustain life, not the other way around. Team members can work between 4 and 8 hours a day depending on what fits their situation, and we stay mindful of time zones across a team spread around the world.
03
Ownership over hierarchy
We don't run on a traditional top-down structure. Everyone is expected to take initiative, own their work end to end, and ask for help early rather than get stuck in silence. Context and decisions are shared openly instead of gatekept, so people can move without waiting for permission.
04
Honest feedback culture
Feedback flows in both directions, constantly. Regular 1:1s, biweekly check-ins, and twice-yearly performance appraisals keep growth conversations alive year-round.
05
We invest in your growth
We care about where your career is heading. A dedicated People team works with you to find real opportunities to grow, backed by hands-on "Dojo" learning sessions and a Buddy Program pairing newer team members with experienced ones.
06
Ethics, not just on paper
We're signatories of the UN Women's Empowerment Principles and HeForShe, hold an EcoVadis Bronze sustainability rating, and follow strict conflict-of-interest safeguards when working with international organisations like the UN. Diversity, equal opportunity, and a harassment-free workplace aren't initiatives to us — they're the baseline.
07
Part of the DHIS2 community
We're one of the reference partners in the DHIS2 ecosystem, working alongside WHO, health ministries, and NGOs worldwide. That means deep specialization and being part of a community that's genuinely interesting to be in.

Open application
We are not hiring at the moment — but we will be
If you would like to work with us, send an open application below. Our People team reviews every one and keeps it on file, and when a position opens that matches your profile, we contact the people who already applied here first.
