LIFE AT EYESEETEA
How we work matters as much as what we build
We're a fully remote, globally distributed team that grew out of the NGO world as much as the tech world — and it shows in how we treat each other, our clients, and the communities behind the data we work with.
SCROLL TO DISCOVER OUR CULTURE
01
Work for the global good
Our work directly affects the wellbeing of people around the world — the health systems, humanitarian responses, and communities behind the data we build for. That's why we care as much about the culture we build internally as we do about the impact we have externally.
02
Work that fits your life
We believe work is a means to sustain life, not the other way around. Team members can work between 4 and 8 hours a day depending on what fits their situation, and we stay mindful of time zones across a team spread around the world.

Two independent wellbeing certifications from ChooseMyCompany, based entirely on anonymous team feedback.
03
Ownership over hierarchy
We don't run on a traditional top-down structure. Everyone is expected to take initiative, own their work end to end, and ask for help early rather than get stuck in silence. Context and decisions are shared openly instead of gatekept, so people can move without waiting for permission.
04
Honest feedback culture
Feedback flows in both directions, constantly. Regular 1:1s, biweekly check-ins, and twice-yearly performance appraisals keep growth conversations alive year-round.
05
We invest in your growth
We care about where your career is heading. A dedicated People team works with you to find real opportunities to grow, backed by hands-on "Dojo" learning sessions and a Buddy Program pairing newer team members with experienced ones.
06
Ethics, not just on paper
We're signatories of the UN Women's Empowerment Principles and HeForShe, hold an EcoVadis Bronze sustainability rating, and follow strict conflict-of-interest safeguards when working with international organisations like the UN. Diversity, equal opportunity, and a harassment-free workplace aren't initiatives to us — they're the baseline.

Part of the DHIS2 community
We're one of the reference partners in the DHIS2 ecosystem, working alongside WHO, health ministries, and NGOs worldwide. That means deep specialization and being part of a community that's genuinely interesting to be in.

Benefits
Flexible schedule and reduced hours.
You decide how many hours a day you work, between 4 and 8, in agreement with the company. Most of the team works 30 hours a week. Salary adjusts proportionally.
Transparent salary bands by seniority.
We have defined salary ranges for every level in our career framework, so compensation is consistent and internally fair. Your salary grows as your seniority grows, and the whole team benefits from an annual review in line with inflation.
High cost-of-living supplement.
If you are based in a high-cost city, you receive an additional annual gross salary adjustment.
23 days paid vacation per year
plus the public holidays of your country (up to 14 days).
Real work-life balance.
We actively monitor each person's working hours to ensure workload is distributed fairly and sustainably among the team. When someone works extra hours during a busy period, those hours are tracked and will be recovered later.
Career framework with transparent progression.
Every role has a clear path from Junior (levels 1.1 to 1.5) to Senior (levels 2.1 to 2.7). Promotion is based on demonstrated mastery of defined objectives, not time served.
A culture of honest feedback.
Employees have biweekly check-ins to discuss their work and share suggestions for the company. Twice a year, formal Performance Appraisals provide a structured space to reflect, receive feedback and agree on development objectives for the next cycle.
Technical dojos.
Regular collaborative learning sessions where the team deepens expertise through hands-on practice and peer knowledge sharing.
Certification support.
EyeSeeTea supports and funds industry certifications relevant to your role and the company's strategic direction.
