Lydia is our People & Comms Manager. We asked her about the highlights of her career at EyeSeeTea:

When I began my journey in People & Culture, I knew I wanted to work where empathy and strategy intersect, but joining a tech-driven environment like EyeSeeTea brought a new kind of inspiration.

As the People & Comms Manager, my focus is on building healthy, inclusive, and high-performing teams through practices that put the individual at the heart of everything we do.

Transitioning into this role has been an incredible opportunity to strengthen our company culture through clear internal communication and continuous development. What I find most rewarding is the challenge of driving strategic communications that truly amplify EyeSeeTea’s impact.
