Meet the Team: Nina, HR officer
Transitioning from 18 years of teaching into my first HR role at EyeSeeTea Company has been an incredible experience! It’s one thing to understand HR in theory, gained from my ‘certificat RH’ but applying it in a dynamic workplace is an entirely different challenge—one that I’ve embraced with excitement.
At EyeSeeTea, I’ve had the opportunity to transform theoretical knowledge into practical solutions, and I couldn’t have asked for a better environment to do so. The teamwork, cooperation, and flexible work culture make every day a learning experience while also fostering professional growth. The support and camaraderie from my colleagues made this transition smoother, and for that, I’m truly grateful.
Some of the HR tasks I enjoy the most include:
· Recruitment and Onboarding – Finding the right talent and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
· Employee Relations – Assisting with employee enquiries, resolving conflicts and promoting a positive work culture
· HR processes and policy implementation – Bridging company goals with employee well-being
